I don't think he's content with losing
@idahoplantguy90274 жыл бұрын
@Roy Nelson I appreciate Cowboy, his resume is legendary but when you've been in it as long as he has you can't tell me that some of that hunger gets lost. He has so much shit going on at his ranch that the UFC might just seem like a job to him. The amount of competition in the UFC and specifically the LW division is so insane that you have to stay hungry and if you don't you will get passed by. Look, I can't sit here and pretend like I know what the dude is thinking in terms of his career but you can only be a journeyman for so long before the young bucks step in and outperform you. I want Cowboy to win as much as the next fan of his does but if you're not in it mentally anymore then don't take damage just to collect a check.

Cowboy should have gotten the decision in his last fight vs Pettis. Still casual fans say hes old or not good because he has a couple losses in a row( all former Champs). Tony Ferguson interim champ, Gaethje interim champ, Conor 2 division champ, Pettis former champ. Hate fans who think if you dont beat one of the top 3-4 guys then you suck. Cowboy foght RDA for the belt. He was 1 win away from fighting for the 155 belt if he had beat Tony. I still say if he keeps fighting and gets a few wins, he's always ready to fight, he could get a chance as a late replacement the way Bisping was against Rockhold.
