Nah Stormi is cheating and Donald needs to call it quits. I appreciate that he wants to do everything for this girl, including embracing the LGBT community more, but cheating is cheating even if it's with another girl. She coulda told him if she wanted to hook up with other females and they could've had an open relationship or certain boundaries established so that way Stormi could hook up with her friend and everyone involved be informed and consenting. There's nothing wrong with him giving permission for her to do that while they're in a relationship, but the fact that he didn't know is the main issue. The fact that her friend caught feelings makes this an even messier situation and is another reason why these boundaries need to be established at the beginning of a relationship. If you're bisexual you owe it to your partner to come out and let them know if you want to explore your sexuality while you are in that relationship. To just not tell your fiance that you are not only attracted to, but have hooked up with your friend who you've made to seem platonic, and to be so close with that friend to where she catches feelings while you're just riding the wave of emotions, is just hurtful to everyone involved and will lead to nothing but misery for everyone involved. I hope Donald will still choose to be an ally or at least choose to take the advice regarding the LGBT community to heart regardless, as I'm sure that'll open many doors for him to make new friends down the line; but I personally don't think he should continue this relationship with Stormi if he had to get them on national TV to find out she's basically living with a sidechick while he's at home wondering where she is..
