The team here at Rusted Junk wanted to pay our deepest respects to the versatile and extremely talented actor, Donald Sutherland who sadly passed away on the 20th June, 2024.

A gentleman, a scholar, a humanitarian, a philanthropist, he dared to go where most could or would not go. Truly the most amazing actor of the last 7 decades. My favourite part of his story, a truly born and raised Canadian!❤ you made us so proud. In true fashion, us Canadians go BIG or stay home! That’s the way we do it here and Donald did not disappoint! (Keifer you are your fathers son) fly high, bet a lot of people were there to greet you❤ You did good work that will be seen for hundreds / thousands of generations. Imagine that!

@@RustedJunkPodcast truly when a Canadian decides to take on a dream, it truly is go big or stay home. No mediocre here, no tepid and no feeble attempts..lol.. while having such a tiny population in the 2nd largest country in the world, we gave so many extremely talented! Keifer, Rush, Dan Ackroyd, The Guess Who, John Candy, Trooper, William Shatner just a few on the list of fantastic people 🔥 we truly do go big or stay home!
