Michael is right. Those federal employees need to not make any sudden moves to resign or accept a "payout" they don't even know is legit/lawful. If they resign, they blow their unemployment benefits. That's first. And if they resign, then they are rendering themselves ineligible for any subsequent class-action lawsuit. Those federal employees should Not sign any paperwork that the Dump administration is sending them, nor turn in any questionnaire that they are issued until a court can decide on the legality of what Dump is proposing or if those questions can be legally asked of federal employees.
