I'm sorry i usually hate Piers Morgan but having actually watched and listened through the content of this video, he was fantastic. He made very good points, with alot of common sense and intelligence, without any of this liberal 'argy-bargy' about Trump's election. Hats off to you Piers

It's always fun to get his point of view. "argy-bargy" I love British expressions.
@tomhamm53037 жыл бұрын
Ethan I agree, I usually can't stand him but he did made some agreeable points; if he's able to accomplish what he promised in improving the standard of living for every citizens - he'll be remembered as a good president, however, I do disagree with him when he said all these offensive rhetoric he's throwing around will be irrelevant, it's already a problem now: normalizing hateful behaviors ultimately encouraging discriminatory mindsets. Sure if he were to accomplish great things that would directly impact his fellow americans it'll be great but people will still give him shit for misleading his followers with false information while delegitimizing new sources or individuals that criticize him - insulting them with labels attached with negative connotations with no substantial evidence. He also needs to be held accountable for his offensive behaviors as the president or any person in the position of leadership should set a good example as a respectable person - what he has portrayed so far is that he is unable to take criticism and rather censor or delegitimize his opponents. Everyone wants him to do well, no one is saying he didn't win but that doesn't mean he is not behaving like how a respectable leader should; if his followers are still too caught up in the victory and refusing to acknowledge real social issues like equality of basic human rights for people of all groups (be it race, class, sexual orientations, or any other backgrounds) then we, as the human race are going nowhere
@tomhamm53037 жыл бұрын
Phil Dobson on contrary to your beliefs (and if you disagree with me feel free to look it up) donald trump loves his daughter as more of a aesthetics trophy and less of a father (as suggested by his arguably inappropriate objectifications of his daughters bodies). His speeches condemning different people based on their innate background is discriminatory and hateful, im sure you can find ways to defend his word but if you examine his words even a little more carefully it stems from hate and the refusal of acceptance of others for who they are
@ethansaltmere7 жыл бұрын
Sorry Tom but you can't simply go around spouting that nonsense about how he views his daughter as an 'aesthetics trophy' - it's either fake news or you've got it from fake news. Don't make the mistake modern media seem to be making with Trump - try to report things impartially without a desire to make statements and "quotes" that create the impression of humongous bias - otherwise no-one here will take you seriously And I disagree with your first comment. I find it refreshing that he is actually a real person who is willing to argue and be hurt by attacks on his person. He was the only real person in the presidential race without the artificial finesse and diction of a career politician or bureaucrat and he's constantly going to be ridiculed for the media by not playing by it's rules. Well I think it's high time the media got a good shake up.

He truly is a breathe of fresh air! I have not had such hope for America since President Reagan in 1981 - 1989. Piers Morgan is finally on to something and that something is "America will not lie down anymore to anyone." He has only been in office for six days and it's amazing the things that he is accomplishing. If he follows through on his promises, he will go down in history as one of the BEST presidents ever. I would go back on active duty and fly again right now, if called out. I am a former U.S. Marine of seven years and now retired Maintenance Officer/Helicopter Test Pilot from the U.S. Army (veteran). NO REGRETS! God bless America and God bless our troops!

Tell me about it. My Country appears to be crammed full of fools that think we may simply skip away from The European Union and begin playing Chess with the rest of the world. Take that Country, that particular one which is far flung from us over to the west of The Atlantic Ocean : The United States of America. I trust someone over here ( perhaps Nigel Farage, perhaps our own Prime Minister Theresa May ) has pointed out to the new President of The USA that our National Minimum Wage is £7.60 an hour - come April of this year, and that we are also entitled to 5.6 weeks paid Annual Leave. It seems to me that most people whom possess a British accent couldn`t tell their arse from their elbow. I`d laugh were it not so tragic.
