so, the fact that expert testimony was ignored, that the trial was started without evidence of a crime which they then used the chicanery to search for evidence of a crime (and still can not name a victim for it... how strange). "Tax evaluation" and "market value" are not the same thing, nor are "floor space" , "total area" and "ground-level area". The transcripts all conveniently leave out the defense's statements; Trump's attorney can NAME the law that they used to invoke a juryless trial(outside of its jurisdiction as well); This is like the 20th lawsuit he has received under unusual circumstances while in / running for office. He has had more than 6 investigations (at least 2 of which were illegally done), an illegal FBI raid that its own employees are testifying to including such things as fraud, forgery, tampering with evidence and ignoring protocol while suspiciously a unit not from that area's jurisdiction and conveniently from Washington D.C. was used.
