Here in the west we consider people who speak frankly and directly, even if it offends, rude and aggressive. I've worked with Polish, Serbian and Ukrainian guys who were no bullshit types, direct to the point and many perceived them as rude and aggressive....after a while you realise they're not. It's just a cultural thing. I'm guessing Russia has a similar no bullshit culture. Which why is must seem incomprehensible why the other half of us hates Trump.
