"Some great people but very Poorly managed" Former Employee - Anonymous Employee Doesn't Recommend Negative Outlook Disapproves of CEO I worked at RMG Networks full-time (More than 5 years) Pros Worked at RMG for about 6 years and met lots of great people. The people are about the only positive thing RMG has and they are laying them off every other quarter. Cons No value for people who have given their entire career to this job. Upper management constantly babysits the sales team and has policies that prohibit them from actually doing their job. This company is bad and its management should feel bad about the ditch it has dug for the company. Advice to Management I'm not a disgruntled employee, I left on great terms to pursue a career were my employee values my work and won't put me on the chopping block when the next bad quarter comes around. I have no advice to the management. The violinist on the deck has already started to play " Nearer my God to thee" cause this ship is sinking.
