Hi Danny hope you wouldn't mind that I think his 10 mins talk is the whole concept between prop trading firm and real profitable trading. As i understand he is the founder of topstep trader and hes been running it for a few years profitablely, I think this kind of business model is hard to beat by setting up the rule and demo account to find profitable trader. Just look at your account I believed you been in the trading floor even before elctronic trading maybe the world is changing is not bad thing to understand more and more. sorry for saying too much.
