gorgeous ??? then why didnt they even get even one close up of her during the 40 plus interview ?? odd no ?! i have never seen an interview of a celebrity without a least 20 close ups ! the crew surely had strict orders not to zoom in on her plastic face, even her speech is affected as if her skin is stretched to a maximum. (listen closely, although it is quite evident)...doesnt make her a bad person although nothing is natural, far away from aging with grace like so many gracious & beautiful women around the world.

Carl Simmonds I so agree! The lady at the beginning said she was Britain's best fashion reporter? Please tell me I heard that wrong. Interviewing 101, NEVER speak over the person you're interviewing and NEVER interupt someone when they are speaking! Gosh, this was hard to watch and I was very interested in what Miss Versace had to say. The interviewer ruined the entire interview!

Originally I was okay with the fact the interviewer keep the energy alive and the questions coming so in comes cases its okay to maybe cut off the guest. BUT she kept on doing it, which made me so happy when Ms. Versace kept on answering her question asked at 41:33 classic! Interviewer might have interrupted some good stories, but over all GREAT interview. Thanks for sharing.

The interviewer was introduced as the best in the business, working with Vogue for over 20 years. This has got to be one of the worst interviews ever. Back to the camera, asking questions and not allowing the person to answer because the next question is all your thinking about, no pause, very nervous. Vogue, your chief editor was good enough no interview Donatella. She was always calm when interviewing and professional.

The interviewer essentially was uncomfortable with the fact that VERSACE is synonymous with liberated hyper- sexual explosive color patterned clothing. Of course the house had branched into more dishware fabrics and menswear. However GIANNI and DONATELLA were and are creatures of rebellion and extreme excess in the sense of style. The interviewer was very middle class and very English and terribly "time tabled" in the that vein. It is very difficult deciding WHO will get the best interview out of WHOM in fashion as the concept of fashion and it's creation is so individualized with only a guideline of rules. Thus the interviewers need to be carefully paired. This was a very unsuccessful pairing, as Donatella is in her later years and her look is very leather Lady and she has been through SO much. This little kitten in her florals nipping at her heels is so terribly annoying, so terribly perky and desperate to therow every Q&A that she does not allow either to come up for AIR. One can have envisioned a more mature, relaxed interviewer would have gleaned more pearls I think from this fetish clad design legend. Because the House of Versace is a legend now.

The journalist asked some decent questions, but I would have loved to hear Donatella's voice more than 10% of the time... I think the build-up from the introducer of the journalist, saying she's the best, put a lot of pressure on the journalist. Donatella was the guest of honor and I wish she was given a chance to speak more. She's such an inspiration to me and the few snippets she could squeeze in were true gems. I can only imagine what an interview this could have been if the journalist hadn't made it all about what she thought herself.
