i'm not a CPA, but it's a tax right off ONLY if they claim it on their taxes right? Benji & Judy are honest people, i believe that they wouldn't do that. Plus this video is public, it's pretty much out in the open for the IRS to investigate fraudulent claims. I don't think people are trying to be rude when they say "only ___ cents of every dollar goes the charity", they're just trying to inform Judy so maybe they choose a different organization next year (or do research to see how much is given for every dollar). Because after all its not really benefiting Judy or Benji for them to donate to charity, it's all about the charity, and if I was donating such a large sum of money I would definitely want it going to the charity that gives the most to the cause.

Judy my daughter has the exact same reaction to eggs! I did a bit of research on it and apparently it's a reaction to the protein in eggs and because an omelette is usually made with little "inference" (not excessively beating the egg) the protein stays intact... However... If you were to use egg as an ingredient in muffins or cake, the beating and baking breaks the protein down and a reaction isn't noticed! Well, that's now it is for my daughter anyways. Does anyone else have experience with this? xo

My Friend is an Allergist and what you said is right. When u bake with eggs it denatures the protein so the receptors do not recognize it and allergic reaction does not result. But also most Children grow out of egg allergies approx 60-70%

Okay people listen: the only thing they are required to write on their taxes is what THEY donated. NOT the money everyone donated, that's not how taxes work. So please stop with the ignorant and rude comments. They're not making bank on anyone's donations. As a mom who has a daughter seven year old daughter with a disabilty March of Dimes is such a great place to donate! My daughter spent her first six months of her life in the NICU at the hospital and March of Dimes was so good and helpful to us during our very hard times.

Judy did you consider filming a ton of make up videos before the twins come and editing them ahead of time so when the twins do arrive and you're really busy with them you can just post a video here and there. I'm not sure if that is a really logical idea because I don't know how much work all of those things take but it seems like it could be good. Oh for goodness sakes....some people are so silly, smdh. You guys are seriously making assumptions because you saw them give the representative of the march of dimes, a check of all the funds that were raised. I mean seriously people?? When you make assumptions...you're just embarrassing yourselves by making complete arses out of yourselves. Just because you saw benji & judys name on the check...do you really think it's possible to put everyone's name that donated, and put it on the check as well?!? Of course not people...geez! Btw...IF judy & benji decide to claim a tax write-off for soley the amount that they contributed to the charity(which we aren't even positive that they are, being that we aren't their personal tax preparers) then they have every right to do so...just the same way that you have the right to do on the amount that you have contributed if you meet the requirements. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that...it has absolutely no bearing on whether they did it out of the kindness of their own heart. The sole reason that the government allows tax write-off's in the first place is because they saw it as a way to make an incentive for those who are able to contribute to different charities, which eases the pressure of the possibility of the government to feel the responsibility to have to have the need for federal aid. That doesn't change the fact that Benji & Judy have had the desire to give back every single year by providing their much hard earned money, time , and efforts to be able to raise funds to provide to different charitable organizations that they wish to make a difference with. The reason they feel the need, is because they acknowledge how blessed they have been, and so they want to give back to those in need. They also realize that they have a huge platform from having been so successful on youtube, and rather than it going to waste, they use their platform every year to get the word out, and because they are able to reach a broader audience, which ultimately benefits those charities that they have raised the money for. There are a couple of handfuls of other KZbinr's who have been willing to do the same...and they should definitely be commended for their efforts. Unfortunately with those handfuls of youtubers, their are far too many who are parallel with their success on YT, yet dont feel the need to use this awesome platform for similar purposes. Just like how benji and judy are currently in the process of having shirts made, of which they could easily make a small fortune on the profits, yet they feel compelled to use they money made from their viewers buying the shirts, and donate every single cent of those funds to those in need. Not to mention the cost alone of buying the actual materials and paying for the screen printing, & even going to the lengths of allowing the viewers the possibility of being paid to design the shirts and allowing them to get their name out their as artists. If it's not clear that they constantly wanna give thanks for their blessings by paying it forward, than obviously you are just lacking any and all common sense, and you have your own issues to work thru. I just find it appalling and just plain disgusting how some of you will use any little tidbit, and twist it into something negative. I do understand that some of you may have genuinely been curious, or just wanting to make sure...thats fine, and u can easily get your answer thru a little research. But for those of you already making your assumptions or using this and any opportunity to advocate your negative feelings for this family and to spew your garbage...you are just plain shameful. I feel sorry for you, because there is something called karma, and when it finally comes around...watch out, because when people like benji&judy are busy getting repaid 10-fold in positives, meanwhile you will be getting repaid 10-fold with all the negatives that you have put forth in this world.
