St. Dominic Savio was one of St. John Bosco’s Oratory boys. They were contemporaries and knew each other very well. So well, in fact, that Don Bosco wrote a book about him, “The Life of Dominic Savio.” From this book, we learn of St. Dominic Savio’s prophetism. He had visions of the persecuted church in England and even foretold his death, which we will cover in today’s video.

Im Scottish and truly feel the whole of the UK is completely lost just now and it really does hurt , not just the uk but Europe as a whole. It seems we're under attack from just about every direction, this deeply deeply saddens me. I dont understand why Europeans and descendants of Europe are being persecuted like this ? Can they not see how we have also suffered in the past. ? Or would it be so difficult to see what we have contributed to the world for centuries, millennia even. Is it denial or envy ? There's a bigger picture here , so much confusion so many lost souls government's not governing in fact adding to the mass insanity, no guidance for the younger generations, breakdown of the family and family values, no moral compass , the west must stay strong in our initial beliefs or there is no future for the children. The scene where people in England were walking in the dense fog and then Pope Pius IX carrying the torch caused the fog to disappear and once again the people could see! Well, we have a couple of days ago, been ‘graced’ by his coronation of King Charles III - a woke king, and this certainly represents dense fog. Ironically, I think it will be something involving the monarchy that may play a part in returning Our Lady's Dowry , back to the faith , Queen Elizabeth was an exemplary monarch and a committed Christian, there were signs of God's pleasure in her life and death, even rainbows over her palaces, the coronation was unashamedly Christian, albeit a pale reflection of the true faith but with great honor shown to God and the monarch stripped, humble and kneeling before the King of Kings , we get little enough of these reminders in daily life and I regret to say, in Catholic schools and even in Catholic churches.

What a wonderful narrator you are! My attention span for this kind of videos is VERY short, for I'm more of a reader; and though I read Savio's death many times, I could hear the whole story now. This young saint said to Don Bosco long before his illness: "help me to become a saint, but quickly! I think I don't have much time left".
