If the election was not rigged like the corrupt are telling us, where did 15 million voters go?? There is no way one can even suggest that those voters remained home after all the attacks on Trump by the corrupt Washington political establishment. The establishment's allies in the media relentlessly pointed a gloomy picture against Trump minute after minute on tv . You must have also noticed that the corrupt impeached Trump, tried to remove him from the ballot because it was clear to them that without fraud they weren't going to win an election, weaponized the DOJ and FBI against him and his business associates with a hope of scaring him by bankruptcy, they even tried to assassinate him twice. We need all these things investigated ( the 2020 election fraud, the Jan 6th and the hoaxes among other things the corrupt Washington political establishment has engaged in.

1. A Supreme Court Justice wrote an opinion stating that the Special Counsel should be challenged as being illegally appointed despite Special Counsel being appointed for 150 years with multiple dissents. The District Court Judge did this for the Supreme Court Justice. The opinion had nothing to do with the case before the Justice. Therefore, the opinion is not part of his official duties. The Judge before this had been avoiding decisions because the same Judge had lost control of the case because the Eleven Circuit Appellate Court removed her from the case on the property rights of the documents. Those same documents were the core of the new case, but she did not recuse despite the Senior Judge asking her to do so. Every non-decision was designed to prevent the Federal Government, and such, us, from having our appeals. When an appealable decision was made, it was too late for the government to do anything. We were denied our right to a speedy trial against a criminal.
@ronaldking10543 сағат бұрын
2. The same Supreme Court Justice was the deciding vote on the immunity case. The Special Counsel requested that the case be expedited at the beginning of 2024. The Supreme Court refused allowing the Washington, D.C. court to decide the case. The Washington, D.C. Appellate Court took 2 months to decide as the case was completely new. They ripped apart every single argument that Donald Trump provided, which included that somehow a lack of impeachment gave legal protection. They showed that his exoneration was more that 30 Republican Senators nullified their vote in order to allow the man to remain qualified rather than voted that he did not incite an insurrection. The Supreme Court then decided to hear the case. The likelihood that this was going to not happen was nearly zero as there is no immunity in the constitution for the President of the United States. Arguments were heard 2 months later, and then it took the Supreme Court another 2 months to decide the case. Note, the decision happened on the last day that the Supreme Court could issue the decision legally. There could have been no more delay offered in the case than what they did. The Justice who was the deciding vote on the immunity of even using official acts as evidence in criminal cases also had a conflict of interest as his spouse was involved in the same conspiracy that the case was about, and she was also named an unindicted co-conspirator in the indictment documents. For some reason, he did not recuse. Note, the legal argument would shield evidence for his wife as well because that would be a chilling effect on the use of Presidential powers for the same reasoning that it could not apply to the President. Having advisors and the like stick their fingers in their ears so they cannot be party to a conspiracy means the President could not speak with Department heads. This would create the delay necessary for Trump to pardon his wife if she were prosecuted. Note, the prosecutions probably would not have occurred if Trump had decided to not run for President as the prosecution decisions were probably political based on the fact that he was not recidivistic before he ran for President again. For anyone that shows that is politically biased, note the Republicans were using the same logic in every impeachment case. The status quo is to not prosecute, and that is an inertia. The Washington, D.C. District Court Judge had been hearing evidence to decide what evidence could be used in the case based on this decision. The Special Counsel stopped the case as it could not be completed before Inauguration Day, and that provides the President the ability to stop the cases on his terms. Considering Trump has been trying to state that Presidential Immunity means that even a conviction means nothing in New York, this means that Donald Trump would likely have dismissed with prejudice. That removes any ability of the government to prosecute in the future should his term not last 4 years, for example. Considering that he was impeached twice, the likelihood of no impeachment and conviction is non-zero.
@ronaldking10542 сағат бұрын
3. New York sentencing would not allow jailtime during the Presidency, and there is no federal guidance what the Supreme Court would do if Trump tried to appeal the decision. In order to preserve the ability to have a meaningful sentence for the crime, the sentencing was requested to be delayed until after the Presidency is over.
@ronaldking10542 сағат бұрын
4. Georgia has a problem in that the District Attorney's office was removed from the case by the Georgia Appellate Court. This was for what was considered a non-conflict of interest by the prosecutor. This means that another District Attorney would need to prosecute the case in a primarily red state.
