Dongguan city in southern China with 10 million residents and just a random city. Well looking at its views, scenery and infrastructure and urban sprawl it can very well be a full-fledged capital or major commercial city in any other country.

Super vide. Donguan is the most underrated city in the Bay Area if not China. With new subway lines it will be easier to access it from Guanghzhou and Shenzhen!

Totally agree. Super cheap while being developed, amazing location (just few minutes away from Shenzhen and Guangzhou), super green full of trees and flowers everywhere(i think it is called forest of china), great weather for 8 months, other 4 months is super hot but that's the case with every other city in china. Lower pollution then many other cities. I was there 8 years ago and expats were everywhere, especially Brazilians...
