He is BEYOND OP, the win rate is low thanks to people playing him wrong and trying to gank early game, you have to farm till 6 I had a 100% WR in 8 games and finally got out of the elo hell that is Platinum 1 I always rushed lucidity boots since you want to always overheat to farm faster and have your ultimate UP Thanks to ultimate hunter your ult CD is 60sec early and 35 sec lategame If you get Cloud drake then is pretty much always up
