I am not a law expert, but here's my analysis Article 1: just straight up rude 1.1. no trial (expanded further later in multiple parts) 1.2. declining phone call 1.3. insulting on the way Article 2: probably worthy of being fired 2.1. Sure, in the UK you don't have to read Miranda Rights, but: 2.2.1. Lynix is an American citizen, British law doesn't apply to him. You are acting as the FBI, so they should be read 2.2.1 .1. As above, US and the UK have no jurisdiction over each other, so Lynix's arrest is not allowed. 2.2.2. Doni did NOT mention any cautions that UK officers would normally mention. 2.3. Officers can't sentence prisoners, only judges can. and that is after a (sometimes quite long) trial, which brings me to article 3. Article 3: straight up no-good 3.1. The right to a fair trial, Doni did not give this. (violation of human rights) 3.2. as mentioned in 1.3., this could in some cases be interpreted as verbal aybuse, that would probably be a crime against humanity 3.3. the FBI has no jurisdiction in the UK... 3.4.
