Harpsichord; historically, it was a Precursor to the piano.

Ann is strumming the strings, but it is usually played using the keyboard that is buttons on the one she is playing.

Yeah, I got all excited to see her with the autoharp, but then she never used the buttons. Nancy even strummed it at the end…. Were all 36 strings tuned to a single chord?!
