You are correct about the lives, however, I just wanted to show how to do the boss battle itself without dying. During the recording I probably took damage once or twice and just suicided so I could re-do the fight without needing to replay the tedious rocket barrel section.

Interesting thing about this game is the levels seem ridiculously hard at times, yet the bosses seem pretty simple, especially the later ones.

I didn't intend it to sound that way. In mirror mode you cannot get hit as you only have 1 heart. I figured this would be a useful guide for anyone that wanted to see how you can do the bosses without taking any damage as it will be required in mirror mode.

This is the 3DS version. I didn't play the New Mode which gives you the extra hearts because that would make the game too easy. I played the Wii version enough to know it would be a waste for me to play on the easier mode.

I just noticed something: Notice how all the bosses have something to do with the bananas. Every boss but Mangoruby. The other bosses where either eating, using, or anything else the bananas (srry if that made no sense) and Mangoruby was just napping. Think about it

So Mugly's a weird animal. Scurvy crew is just mister krabs brothers Stu is a bird that got killed after it was born. The mole guy is.. a mole running a train. Mango ruby... ok idk wtf that is Thugly is Mugly only stronger and cooler. Colonel pluck is a bird controlling a robot... WAIT A SEC- And Tiki tong thinks logic sucks and does possibly the weirdest performance with this minions.. did any other boss ever do that?

And in the next game we have...Poppy the Presumptuous, a stunt-athletic seal. Skowl the Startling, a giant Viking owl. Ba-Boom the Boisterous, a ninja baboon who abuses the Kage Bunshin. Fugu the Frightening, a mega-sized blowfish full of hot air. Bashmaster, a terrifying blend of polar bear and Nora Valkyrie. And Lord Fredrik, a walrus who summons ice dragons by blowing into a horn. You can’t say DK hasn’t seen everything.

I've only beaten the Wii version of the game. I recently got a 3DS and might consider getting this version too. But I can't tell you how much I despise that Mole Train boss. I was stuck on that for ages.

What I don't get is why the Tikis go along with the boss during the fight. Is there any point in that, considering that they hypnotized them? If they just spectated like the rest and let their hypnosis do the work, honestly they wouldn't get beat up at the end of every fight. But Nintendo logic, I guess...

I beat this game but I had quite a bit of struggles on some boss levels. Here are what bosses I struggled on the most. Crab pirates, The moles, The chicken in the robot, The catapillar and the beginning of the final boss. But I'm glad I managed to beat the game. :D

Luis Alberto Yep, one of the hardest games out there 😅. I beat the game too! I didn't do puzzle pieces but I got all Kong letters and completed the second arc 😁. I gave up on the 3rd arc (My spirit broke when realized I needed to do the ENTIRE game again, with only ONE heart no Diddy, and with mirror mode on. )😰. It's freaking impossible 😥. I will curse Nintendo from my grave 😖😭😩💀. I wish they ended it after the second arc so I could say I ACTUALLY finished the game. So sad.
