Laura I’m so sorry. I also found Lester in 2017 when my 3 year old GrandDaughter passed from Cancer. This was the beginning of him and Jami around that time. Jami is from my home State but south of me. I cherish Lester & Jami and so glad I have them in my life daily via YT.

Thank you. I'm so sorry for your loss as well Valerie. My son was unalived by his wife 3 years ago. I just got notice yesterday that she's finally been moved to prison for life + 41.5 years. I've spent all day in my garden. 🪴🌼🥺

So very sorry for your losses ladies , what you’ve said is so true, I lost my mum in Dec 2020 and it was summer of that year I found their channel, it gave me something to look forward to at the darkest time, this is the part of Lester and Jami that some people don’t get, and this is a similar story for so many people , I’ve never known any other channel that has that effect with so many and that’s what’s makes them so special and apart from the rest, I’m not sure they’ll ever understand what a profound difference they’ve made to peoples lives when they needed it the most ❤❤

@Laura-524 OMGoodness, I'm so, so sorry for your loss and especially how it happened! I can't say I understand exactly, but I can certainly imagine and imho you're walking the hardest road anyone has to in this life. Losing a child or grandchild is the ultimate disaster! I'm so glad you have found comfort in your garden and that Jami and Lester (& Steph!) have blessed your life as they have for so many of us. Sending love and caring thoughts your way. 🌺💗Janice

The tone in which you said “Carl doesn’t want a snack he wants to kill me “ was priceless. Got say I chuckled a bit on that on. Not meaning you harm it was just the tone. Then the run to the gate. You won that battle point goes to Lester 😂. Be safe. ❤😊❤

I’m sorry but I giggled when Lester started off around the loafing shed and then started running for the open gate and chucked the cracker container while running for his life lol.. “ Carl doesn’t want a snack, he wants me dead 😂 “. I can imagine it’s like an episode of survivor being in that area with Carl. Carl is all business 😂.

I had a rough time after my son committed suicide and I ended up joining a self-help group. My sponsor got me into gardening - first flowers then veggies or fruit. I was full of self-pity, but she stuck with me. Every seed was planted physically as well as spiritually; some were even named. I found myself becoming more spiritual, which led to religion. I'm saved and faithful even today. I found a trick in a job I hated doing - weeding! I began naming weeds as sins or wrongs, even people, and pulling them out of the ground relieved my anger or sadness. Today I see gardening as a spiritual connection and enjoy every aspect. It's my most wonderful blessing and I can become 'prayed up', rid of, or forgiven in whatever I do gardening. So sorry this is so long. God loves walks in the garden, He will honor our downright bare being in His presence and shower us and our plants.

Many people find joy in satisfaction. And when you see all of your hard work come to fruition such as a harvest of fresh pesticide free produce that feeds your family and loved ones. That’s the joy that gardening brings to Jami..

My dad grew a garden to feed two things. First was his solitary time and second was to feed the family. He grew vegetables that my mom would can for winter. A garden means the same thing to me now.❤ I appreciate Jami's garden. It has turned out absolutely beautiful, thanks to you Lester. You gave her a beautiful gift that started her out in a wonderful direction. ❤

exactly I don't think the garden hose with any pressure is going to lay down 4 foot of grass doesn't matter how long it ran. It was mostly from the 13" of rain.

You’re a very loving partner to help her with her garden. I’m cringing watching all that water draining away, I guess it’s one of those moments when you don’t like your baby, but you do love them. It was so sad seeing how upset Jami is about the damage to her beautiful garden. (I know you didn’t know anything about that when you pulled in that morning.). But Jami is such a strong woman that there she was already cleaning up and doing repair. And there you were single-handedly moving donkeys and ostriches with basically your bare hands lol. You’re both such strong people and we are always inspired. So many of us feel so lucky to be able to share your lives via these wonderful videos. (I hope you’ll read the comment that someone left about that.) We don’t know if you’ll ever understand how much you mean to us but it’s so true for me and so many others! Your videos have been and continue to be life-affirming and uplifting. 💕🌹 Janice

I love gardening. The feel of the earth in my hands seems to just relax me. Flowers, vegetables, doesn't matter. I love it. I planted the huge garden one year. All different vegetables. They were growing beautifully. Then one morning my husband came and woke me up at 5am. The local wild deer totally destroyed it. Anything green was totally gone. They ate it all. On one hand, I was really upset. On the other hand, the deer weren't hungry. But I kept thinking all my hard work was gone.I🙂🦋
