Charlie's ex girlfriend said the bank notes looked like they had been (physically) cleaned and she had assumed Charlie's mother had washed them. Don't forget either that in a lot of states, if you participate to a robbery, even only as a getaway driver, if one of your accomplices kills the victim, even if it was supposed to be a simple, non violent, robbery, you are as guilty as the person who physically pulled the trigger as long as you knew that person was armed. Quite a few "kids" are in jail for the rest of their life for that simple reason: they drove the car or went along with their friends never, ever suspecting they could be convicted of first degree, or even capital, murder.

Jails and prisons are under tremodus presser to keep inmates safe. As for this woman, her threats of self-harm were probably nothing more than anger speaking. That came with serious consequences that she did not expect as a result of running her mouth. Forcing the jail with no option but to implement safety protocol. On the flip side, the Constitution guarantees certain eligible rights. That being the right of all inmates to communicate with counsel privately. In this situation, like her or not, there are things the jail could do to assure the inmate's rights while also assuring her safety. Without a judge having to play referee in the situation.

The jail nurses have questions to ask the patient, according to how they answer, they stay in the current suicide protocol or they are referred to be seen to be removed. I saw Adelson say Once, when the lawyer asked him if the MD evaluated her. @bbrcummins1984 you do realize that a public defender is an attorney right? And you do realize that nearly all criminal defense attorneys start out as a public defender right? And you do realize a public defender takes the same bar exam as all attorneys right? Because they are all attorneys.
