Aunt. Donna, that big Garlic is called Elephant Garlic. It is great baked and is sweeter, milder and easier to peel.

I remove the seeds from the tomatoes it is not good for your stomach it also causes heartburn and pain if you have arthritis

Because the ackee so soft I always hot it in the microwave n then add to the pot in order for it not to be too soft

Tomato seeds shouldn’t be eaten, it stays in your liver forever it doesn’t breakdown which isn’t good but very dangerous for your health…I’m not a fan of ackee, but it looks delicious.
