Salmon with jerk sauce. Black beans separately w/ coconut milk. White balsamic rice with leafy veggies cheese and avocado. I went for a walk afterwards to settle the food. Much better now. Wow 😅

Lady D, happy Sunday. Whats for Sunday Lunch.I haven't entertained for a long time , as my health would not allow it. But today I have invited my friend to Unday Lunch. Men- Prawn Chow mein, Fried English Sweet Potatos, Fried Plantain with baked Salmon and baked Peppered Macherel and grill Tomatoes. Afters Apple and Peach Cobla with Rum and Raisen Ice Cream washed down with Jamaican Punch. I was well peased with myself, because its along while that I have cooked so much.❤❤🖤💚🧡❤❤

Donna, good job, however you are to wash and soak the Quinoa it makes it easier to fluff in just a little whether water or coconut milk. Also, it's after the Quinoa is cooked the mixed nuts or vegetable are added. However, everyone cooks different. This message is coming from a total vegan. #vegan4life😢
