That bassist is Tony Franklin from Blue Murder fame and countless other projects. It would be accurate to say he's a product of the 90's but he's a rocker at heart. Check out Valley of the Kings by Blue Murder to see his more natural side.

Same here. This is one of the first songs I can remember hearing as a child. I would have been 4, almost 5 when it was released in the summer of 1996. Even back then, the song made me feel so peaceful and happy.

Have you seen the video for this song? She wears a blazer (unbuttoned) with nothing underneath - no bra, no cami, no blouse. She's a lovely girl and i didn't personally find it offensive, but i don't think it would fit anyone's definition of 'modest.'
