it's the Glenn Underground remix..1995 promo on LEG records cat n LEG1 or on the other Unofficial Release 12" 1995 on GU records cat n GU-01.. DJ sneak it's on the B side of the vinyl on LEG records with the tune "Ezeckiel 25 17"

Indeed, this is Gorgio Summer remix of Donna Moroder track "I Fill Low". Actually it is a mix of two Moroder's songs - "I feel love" and "Midnight Express". A poor mix of two great songs. Who is this chick on the screen?
