To think that Giorgio Moroder discovered this music by accident (I mean the delay) was miraculous back in 1977, so ahead of it's time. It is, to this day, my favourite Synth sound. And you have reproduced it so very well, hats off!
@KOSmusicovers4 жыл бұрын
It's true!!! He created a masterpiece that was truly futuristic for those years and still remains unchanged today!!! What a genius!!! In fact, the characteristic of this song is the bass with its particular delay effects. It was not easy to get closer to the original effect and rhythm, moreover, I dedicated a lot of energy to create the stereo effects!! You don't know how happy I am to read your compliments... Oh my lord- I'm blown away, the mother of dance music, and you have so carefully re-crafted it in spectacular fashion. It sounds almost identical to original! There are nuances that moroder had in that sequence that usually people are dumbfounded by , and you found them, the small perc hits..stabs, wierd synth basses..in the right place..cannot praise you enough, your attention to detail is class. Some ppl don't like a 'clone' cover. I Do..because I know the effort you've gone to for respect of the original artists on all your covers. Just still blown away by that Mick.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!! I am really happy when good connoisseurs of these classics like you, appreciate the fidelity of my works to pay homage to the greats who created these pearls!!! Since I started recreating this music of the past, my goal has always been to try to get as close as possible to the original. I have always thought that when something is beautiful you should not add/modify anything because in reality it would ruin it (for example to a beautiful vintage car in excellent conditions, just a polish is enough to make it shine again... nothing more). Only in rare cases I have enjoyed modifying the originals, while maintaining their peculiar characteristics: the theme of "Airwolf" that I recreated using more "synthetic" sounds and my extended version of "Sirius" by The Alan Parsons Project. Thanks again for your special compliments :) :) :)

IT'S FANTASTIC, MY FRIEND!!!!! I am always happy to meet other CS1x fans and owners!!! Absolutely yes!!! It has very powerful and rich sounds. It is also very versatile and with a little work on its controls, you can modify the presets to get what you want. In recent years, I have learned to understand it and take advantage of its qualities even for 80s music (I used one of its presets for the main percussive sound of my new Fletch cover)!! Those who think that it is worthless... are wrong and probably have not learned to use it seriously! In the future, I will make videos entirely dedicated to CS1x for fans of this WONDERFUL synth!! You're right, it's very convenient to control other synths... in fact to recreate covers close enough to the originals, I have to use some VST. Fantastic cover, as good as the original! I love that era of music. My dad was a cop in Minnesota and one day the police dispatcher said to him she was recording a song but probably not his kind of music. That song was"Funkytown" by Lipps, inc. I would love to hear your version of it, Thanks again.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, MAN!!!!!! Haha yeah, even if I already usually take care of this, for such close-up shots you need to check many more things, including on the synth or on the table. Things that are normally not a problem with the "macro", everything becomes visible ;)

Hi there! Just discovered your channel and have been binging the videos for the last hour. Absolutely incredible, in terms of the authenticity, the production, and the visuals. If you're ever open to talking about it, I would love to see a breakdown of the specific VSTs and/or sample libraries that you use. In any event, thanks for making such great content!
