Not long had one its brilliant and great fun for a beginner like me but i use my donner circle looper for drums and loops this gives different time signatures ie 4/4 etc shame the looper wasnt longer on this unit

There are no bass-specific effects, but you can use the guitar effects on bass (fuzz, delay, etc.).

Not exactly sure what you're asking, but there are many distortion pedal (sim) options as well as reverbs. It's a multi FX unit with plenty of different simulated effects to choose from.

Love the design but I've read online that Donner have terrible customer service (taking weeks or months to respond to emails for returns, concerns, exchanges, etc) and that their pianos are poor quality and don't last long. Haven't found anything negative about the pedals but I'd be wary if considering to purchase this product

Huh, we reviewed a couple of their pianos and they are holding up well. All the other Donner stuff we've reviewed is also still in good shape. We haven't had to reach out to customer service, so I'm not sure about that part...

No, but you can always use the Bluetooth function and find a more versatile drum machine app, etc.
