Simon Trains I assume he is listening to books on tape. War & Peace. Moby Dick. Probably read them aloud to himself and made it so he can listen to himself reading. Just a thought.

intried to simulate a clean amd jerk wih just a bar in the gym today.. i cant feel where to put the wieght correctly like your hands are meant to just balance and it rests somewhere abouve the peck muscles but anywhere i lay the bar it hurts like hell. is it meant to hurt if so how does a human rest 200plus kilos onthat small portion of bone?

Thanks nothing i was viewing or reading went too indepth abiut the position of the hands or where the weight would actually sit. I was in the gym with bar convinced all powerlifters had steel for bones

Was Donny injured or was he retired for a period of time? I haven't seen much of him other than the last year or so
