A great musical match for one of the greatest Glorious Bastards of the anime world! What really makes Doflamingo stand out for me is the depth and breadth of the harm he's responsible for -- without him, Bellamy wouldn't have been more than a two-bit goon, Caesar couldn't have supplied the artificial Devil Fruits that Kaido's forces used to invade Wano or the chemical weapons they used to attack Zhou, the slave market on Sabaody wouldn't have persisted long enough to trigger the revolution in the Ryugu Kingdom, and the people of Dressrosa wouldn't have had their lives upended and stolen from them by an insidious cabal of thieves. Doflamingo's influence in the series' events arguably surpasses even that of Crocodile's Baroque Works.

Great work. While Blackbeard is my favourite OP villain, Doflamingo is a great antagonist and left a huge impact on the story. And he has one of the best villain laughs.
