The sun peeks slowly over the mountains, a gentle hint of the heat that’s to come later in the day. The air around me is still a chilly morning bite - the heavy trees nearby holding tight to the moisture of last night’s rain. I’m barefoot, by the long-ago faded fire - a whiskey glass on the ground close by. My clothes aren’t damp though - did I dry by the fire? Her shoes are next to mine neatly - so she was here at some point in the night. Orange and pink streaks of sun push higher on the horizon, a few birds wheeling in the morning sky above. The scent of coffee brews from somewhere close by - I squint towards the tiny porch, trying to see through thick trees. She might still be here. I push myself up and breathe in the sharp air, a slice of heat cutting through the trees and warming my back from where the sun still barely rises. I pick up both sets of shoes and head indoors. Le blues après le deconfinement est adapté. La beauté de la musique, le sens des paroles, des voix mille fois entendues mais tellement spécifique au Blues. Lenteur, sensualité sur une musique et paroles qui véhiculent la vie, la vraie. J'adore le blues Péter Green n'est pas mauvais pour un blues anglais. Et avant une qualité plus "soixantaine huitarde" LEP zeppelin ont bien contribué au blues blanc anglo saxon. Et tout cela n'existerait pas si le jazz et plein d'autres musiques blacks n'avaient pas existé. La voix est exceptionnelle.
