One of CA’s best kept secrets. Time to get out of the old cities such as OC and LA. It’s feels like you can stretch out and it actually feels like you moved to Montana that meets Irvine. Much more beautiful than Irvine IMO. My Uber driver dropped me off the other day and he said he was gonna sell his house in La the next day….

Beautifully landscaped but simply overpriced where you look right into your neighbors window. All those pier lines are a deterrent too.

The new home comes with a lot of problems.especially because they are really close to each other. Parking is a big issue plus birds mess up the roofs . If you can buy and order home is much better. I live in a new house and I see a lot off problems. They look nice but trust me not worth it. Oh and the HOA sucks they take the money and don’t do nothing

It sucks there. Giant homes with super small lots so no yards. Poor amenities, almost no shopping, and surrounded by ugly warehouses
