The first one is using Ultra Vision basically because you will almost always go for Laser and Plasma Blasts so the fact you have to go to an unusual crosspath makes it look weird or ugly

For the swamp map (Bloonarius Prime), Bloons go on different paths depending on the round number. If the number is prime, they go down the right path. If the number is not prime, they go down the left.

the reason why it is called an ugly tower is that the cross path that does better is the good cross path but the ones that do worse with a cross path are called ugly so most people go with 240 with tech terror because it does more damage and just does better in most situations
