Also for other viewers, these are the points Ramsha spoke about in this video: 1. When asked about the reason for job switch, do not mention about the toxic environment at your previous workplace anywhere in the answer. Instead mention about the professional growth as one of the reasons behind the switch. 2. Express your interest towards the role whenever interacting with individuals from the interviewing side instead of the compensation so that you demonstrate a positive impact rather than focussing just on the compensation side of the position. 3. Also during the interview, demonstrating yourself as an being knowledgeable about the skill-sets mentioned in the job description sends a signal to the interviewer that the candidate is willing to take efforts towards converting the mentioned skills into expertise. Even though if one doesn't have prior experience but familiarising with the skill-sets mentioned in the JD is helpful to convert the interview.
