Advice please My wife 💍 goes through times where she is extremely depressed. And always this time of the year... Made the mistake of calling it seasonal depression a few years ago. Apparently not helpful... My other half hurts, and it hurts. And noting I do/say helps. Am I supposed to just let her marinate in sadness? Am I supposed to get over it when she lashes out at me for trying to help? Suck it up when she yells at me for not fixing it? I can't both help and not help.
