Dont Use Oh-My-ZSH - Its slow! Do it manually instead

I'm showing on the example of theme Powerlevel10k theme how you dont need Oh-My-ZSH to install themes or plugins.

I also have NixOS in my house but I prefer Gentoo for performance reasons. NixOS is amazing though
