Wiley.....dont think that chassis has been altered ..looks like they torched the bunk mounting brackets off of it....ive been back on the road for a month ...i semi retired in 2019 had both hips replaced and neck surgery .... im driving for a local company now im in a 2010 International Prostar ISX Cummins not sure anout the engine milege but the truck has 982k on the clock top spd 75 loaded or empty.... i was down in around your neck of the woods wednesday and Thursday i went to Panama city delivered and reloaded .. i got caught in that monsoon that blew thru Thursday just north of Eufaula on 431 got me down to 20 mph several times

I used to drive a 1992 Kenworth just like that one back in the early 1990's For a company out of Okahumpka Fl " Lester Coggins Trucking .The drove a few of them For Ploof Trucklines out of Tampa Fl .Ploof went bankrupt in 1999 Cypress Truck lines bought them out

Your front drivers brakes where locked because the Passenger side front was spinning. So I would say you brake shoes was froze to the drum . Are the pancake has a hole in it.
