Having the urge or thought to jump off a building or in front of a train and whatnot, while having no intention of acting on it, is actually more common than you would think. It’s official name is “High Place Phenomenon” but is more commonly referred to as “l’appel de vide” or “the call of the void.” It’s basically the opposite of suicidal ideation since it is believed to be a manifestation of a persons will to live. So, congratulations! You don’t want to die!

Yeah I hear the similarities on the "hey man". Burr has done it that way for years if you listen to his podcast, its kinda referencing some San Francisco stoner from back in the day (he talked about it on the podcast before but I forget who exactly) so it would make sense that he and Dave would have talked about it when they were hanging out or working together.

You cannot hide at McDonalds while drunk. A friend of mine, not hiding, just pulled in to get food. She was DUI at the time. They knew it. So they told her she had to wait for her fries because they just changed the oil and she would get the first batch if she just pulled up and waited. Y’all know how they do that. But in this case, they called the police and reported her. The cops got there before her fries, lol.

That glass part. I can kinda understand. I was with my friends at an abonded day care. And it's been abandoned for a few years. I noticed 1 window was there and I suddenly had the urge to punch it (bare fist). And it felt kinda cool. I will admit though, I did bleed like 1 or 2 ounces of blood and have tiny half inch scars on my fist. Wasnt the smartest thing to do. But then when it healed up, I did it again weeks later. This is when I was like 14.
