I’m really glad you made this. The theory of shareholder primacy isn’t very well known to the general public. It pretty much means that shareholder interests must be taken into account first and foremost. It ties in with the Business Judgment Rule that a corporate executive cannot be held liable as long as their primary reason for a decision are shareholder interests. So when you put them together, the safest decision for an executive is the bottom line profits. Because if they would do anything altruistic by the corporation that could potentially lower profits in any way, the executive could get sued for lost profits by breaching their fiduciary duty to the shareholders. All together, unless a corporation is regulated by the government in one way or another, it can only really do harm to the public.

I’m a gen X’r… the baby boomers were our teachers, and the “greatest generation” (poor name IMO) were in charge of the curriculum. The ones in charge were old enough to remember life before TVs, when Shirley Temple was tap dancing in motion picture reels and later television… dancing was a legit form of entertainment, that’s why music class was important. As the baby boomers slid into being in charge, they realized the performing arts was no longer a realistic goal, and started to phase all that out. But some of it was still there when millennials made it through. This shift in entertainment is why schools don’t have a performing stage anymore. The youngest kids of today will possibly see the performing arts disappear from required courses. Honestly, with my passion for music, it’s not needed in elementry school or middle school even. Maybe an elective in high school.

So, by naming these #10x, it looks like you're re-releasing old Past Gas episodes. I miss the video, but out of sheer pragmatism, I think video should return. It's better in numerous ways, most striking being the lack of visual cues for humor. It was rough listening to James' jokes fly past Nolan so often!
