The first climbing one is doable (as long as your hold the space bar for a long time). The second secret climbing (the one behind the hot springs) seems impossible though :0 I can't even get close to the top

Go to the east of the Oni Dojo and you'll find a sleeping cat. That cat is the former champion, just talk to it and you'll get the trophy.

Go to the noodle shop, east from the train station and talk to the chef from the top right side, you'll get the train ticket and he'll start blabbering about 50 bowls of noodles but that's irrelevant, just go give the ticket to the npc that needed it afterwards.
