0:21 - there is technic that allows to activate this secrete (inside teleport) in the original Doom 2 (and in this port too) without cheat codes. You need to run into this teleport very fast (probably with wall strafe shift), than you could get into teleport and not being teleported.

I counted 7 secrets in this video. The Doom II mobile app had 8 in the particular given map itself.

There is bug in map design - secret is inside teleport (and inside other secret already... and this teleport is the only exit from this secret... that has no sense). You could see these double secrete at 0:19 and using cheat code idclip on 0:22 that allows to step into this second secrete inside teleport. But there is technic that allows to activate this secrete (inside teleport) in the original Doom 2 (and in this port too) without cheat codes. You need to run into this teleport very fast (probably with wall strafe shift), than you could get into teleport and not being teleported.
