Nuclear is always the best and only power that can give you peace of mind...

@@juandelacruz1520 True for the grid, but off grid it's solar and wind.

The biggest issue is those that make price comparisons based on RATED numbers. My solar systems only produce about 1/4 of rated output in the bast summer months, and only 1/32 of rated output in the worst winter months.

Nuclear energy can output its full rated output power 24/7. Ruinables NEVER can.

You must completely replace ruinable hardware 2-3 times in the same lifespan of a nuclear power plant.
@williamanthony915
@williamanthony915 2 ай бұрын
Where did you get that number? If the nuclear lifespan is 80 years, and solar lifespans are 10 - 15 years, then you would actually have to replace 5-8 times
@ForbiddTV
@ForbiddTV 2 ай бұрын
@@williamanthony915 The industry standard for most solar panels' lifespans is 25 to 30 years. Most reputable manufacturers offer production warranties for 25 years or more. I have some that I installed in the 1980's that are still producing some electricity.

Maybe even more than that. Some nuclear power plants are going to operate at least 80 years.

California has the most solar and electricity is the most expensive there, Therefore solar screws everything up. My friend. California recalled their governor 2 times because of electrical problems, one of which was not just considered unethical, but the governor was selling electricity to other states in order to get cash for his budget, and ignored the brownouts/supply problems inside the state. California is a corrupted hell hole. Housing in San Francisco is more expensive than New York and Singapore, which makes sense because San Francisco is so built up. no its not. Housing is expensive in San Francisco because of corruption. Gas is expensive in California because they have their own gasoline mix. Lets face it, the governor of California doesnt like california and he is trying to chase people away with corruption.

This correlation is disingenuous nonsense. Texas is second in solar capacity and has the 12th cheapest electricity. Florida and North Carolina are next and are #37 and #19. There’s nearly zero correlation between solar capacity as a percentage of state production capacity and electricity cost.

Cuz they work and the net energy produced less net energy invested in through the roof.

Tell me about it! It cost over 25k for me to go totally independent off grid. I didnt do it to save $$$$ I did it bc some time in the near future, as a last gasp effort to have total control of the people, they cabala will kill all power. I like to have AC.🤷‍♂️

And you still will have to use a generator in the Winter to boot. No one is totally independent off grid, I'm sure you weren't told that when you took the leap.

If you do some searching, you can find workers at Chernobyl on their last day on the job, with tears in their eyes, ten years after the accident! Chernobyl had four reactors and they kept the other three running for another decade.
