respectfully i feel like as batman has an iq in the 300+ he could deduce while they are fighting how he somehow knows he is going to sneak up on him, he can figure out that hes a meta due to his wall crawling and superhuman abilities. The thing with the Arkham fear toxin is it affects all five senses not just the sight. In fact fear toxin can make people believe anything, for instance they could believe they aren’t in danger even though they are. If used right it could be used to trick his spider sense entirely but that can only be achieved with prep time which Batman doesn’t have in this KZbinrs fight as it needs a certain formula depending on the person you’re using it on. If there was prep time fear toxin would definitely solve the spider man problem.

I’d actually say that the fear toxin would render Spider-Man’s senses useless since it’s inhaled and affects the brain AKA it’s an hallucinogen. It isn’t like Mysterios tech where they’re just visual or physical illusions. It’s more so similar to the Scorpion’s venom which Insomniac Spider-Man has had problems with in the past and only was able to beat with an antidote. Like you said since there’s no prep time he wouldn’t have an antidote for the fear toxin thus having no defense against it.

I mean, its possible to kill spidey whit guns, but i dont see how would Batman be able to do it when spidey can dodge bullets from machine guns almost at point rage and from several directions while toying around in the air or ground As for the fear toxin, assuming it even affects spidey to begin whit (his imunity sistem makes him immune and/or resistant to tons of things normal humans cant stand) why would it be a problem? Batman could stand it so spidey would have no problem. And if he has the antivenom then the toxin will not work at all. And he can dodge the toxin easily if his spidey sense detect it, whit his webs and his wall crawling abilities i dont see anyway for him to be caught at all
