"the best time to plant a tree was yesterday, but the second best time is now" - some ancient chinese guy I think
@johnmark50143 жыл бұрын
First of all, I respect this quote. I do think in my opinion that it's a message for procrastination. However. Going by the absolute logic of this quote, it's an infinite loop. If the second best time was yesterday, then yesterday of the yesterday wasnt the best time? It's an infinite loop with second best times and best times, consequently negating its meaning completely. Sorry for wasting your time, but I just wanted to address this. Have a nice day/night, sir/ma'am.

The KJV Bible helped me a lot to be honest.
@avogadro49282 жыл бұрын
@@MattCurrieImprov kjv bible is the way to go How to know you’re going to heaven: We are all sinners, but Jesus, who is God, loves us nonetheless. Sinners cannot enter heaven because we have to pay for sin in hell. Jesus has offered to pay for your sin by dying for you on the cross and rising from the dead. This payment is offered to everyone. You may accept it by believing that he did it for you as a free gift. Believe that he alone has paid for your sin as a free gift, and you will be saved the moment you believe. You will never lose eternal life once it has been given to you. It wouldn’t be eternal otherwise. You don’t need to turn from sins, you just need to believe. Repentance means a change of heart to faith in God. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZ6UdaNrpahjnMk

Last year I was depressed drinking heavy to a point it was just normal to me. Talked to nobody and would just go to work and come back to do nothing. Until I decided to make a change and do what I talked about doing. Fast forward to today I've cut drinking back to social occasions reconnected with old friends and made new ones. Started working out and I'm seeing and feeling the changes. My relationship has improved and all my projects I set aside are starting to come into fruition. There's hope fellas believe me life isn't perfect nor has it turned out how I've hoped in the past but that's OK. I'm pulling for ya we're all in this together.

Even if try and fail at something over and over again, at least you can have the dignity of saying you made the attempt, always trying, instead of living with the shame of never even starting simply out of fear. The first step out of the door is the hardest and most frightening, but once you step over the threshold and keep walking, you’ll find your stride.

A “happy end” is “too much to ask”, thanks to the system you lay victim to. Capitalism doesn’t entitle you to anything you deserve, regardless of how hard you work to achieve it. The only thing it offers is the privilege to pursue it. Socialism on the other hand falls in the later category of this fate.
