as of new update you can check in task manager if the game is directx9 or directx11 blank "LifeAfter" means it's directx11, "LifeAfter 32 bit" means it's directx9

Been running DirectX9 for some time, but always by deleting the DirectX11 folder (which gets immediately downloaded again and has to deleted each login... slaps head). doomeris i started lifeafter pc just a while ago but for some reason when the patch update is done the game suddenly crash and telling me that the new version is available please restart the game, but after i tried to open the game again it just show the game logo but the game won't launch

somehow still thinking why some player neither directx9 nor 11.. keep crash for several minutes or hours after running them.. even already fixed client, format pc, reinstall windows... do u know anything not mention to be fixed?

Thanks for Vid dommi....untill now I was renaming x64 folder 😂😂and undo rename after netease logo so it force opened dx9. But I had to do that everytime I open game so this is permanent solution. Thanks again ❤️

I have low end pc but directx9 its freezing everywhere even in loading speed I always get stuck because of the freeze and when I enable Directx11 Its good I can't experience freeze in loading speed but only in runs it's freeze for 1sec and back to normal. :( the graphics too in Directx11 is blurry.

@@joelbiju160 there are 3 story missions, one in snow highlands, one in mount snow, and the one you did. You have to do the one in snow highlands first then you continue to mount snow and do the one there. U get the mission u have to go to a radio signal that gets picked up when you are close to the radio, idr where they are exactly but its not hard to find, you can check on youtube. They are called area investigations

To play directx9, just copy and paste all the x86 files from \documents\bin then paste all the files in main directory of lifeafter then rename the name of the application that come from x86 folder to LifeAfterDx9.exe Then after that you don't need to open multiple applications until you get directx9 of the lifeafter app. I hope this helps :)
