​@@Vivek_giveaway639 the solution is quite simple. Suppose the DirectX 11 is missing, all you have to do is installing any Steam Free games that's exactly using DirectX 11. (Free games or not, it is your choice. Doesn't really matter) During the download, Steam will automatically fix the DirectX 11 missing.

I have done everything I can think of. I have a brand new computer, dx12. Went through every step bar installing a fresh windows image. Hotwheels unleashed still says "the following components are required to run this program: DirectX Runtime"

I have directX 12 installed and updated. My GPU is compatible with DX12, yet I keep getting a “directX 12 is not supported on your system” message every time I try to launch a game, and the -dx11 command isn’t supported on the game I’m trying to play. It’s seriously pissing me off.

Yes it was 6068. Nvidia overlay was causing the issue, apparently, but the issue still persists, just not as much.

Your video is the best I've seen on this topic. Already Verified Game Cache Integrity. Trying to play Turbo Overkill. Says It Failed to Initialize Engine Graphics. Check Nvidia (Updated), Check 3-D Acceleration (On) & DirectX 11. I know the 1st two are Clear, so I figured it must be DX11, by default of elimination. Strangely, I just DLed Every DirectX Year Edition in-order to run Robocop: Rogue City last month. (Wasn't sure which C+++ was the issue, so I just got them all) Still cannot get Turbo Overkill to work. Pretty sad, as I heard from Civvie-11 that it's the Sleeper GotY 2023! I do not expect you to message a Rando back but I wanted you to know that after going over everything in the video, I am glad at least to say that I know how to Install DirectX 11 from both Steam & Microsoft now that I've done it TWICE! _But my Game still won't work on Steam._ I am at a loss for where to go from here... (DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.) Always keeps pop up on my screen everytime I run the game "First Descendant"

I got a brand new laptop a couple days ago and I keep getting these DLL errors. Although I followed every step in your video, it still causes the same issues. The games I am trying to open continuously tell me that multiple of my DLL files are completely missing from my computer. when I went in my c drive to see if they were there and just corrupt, I found that they were not even there. I have no clue on what to do. Downloading the DirectX web installer didn't fix anything either, as the installation failed and showed an "audio error". If anyone can help me it would be great.
