These are two of the greatest warriors in all of first person shooters. Who would win in a fight between the Doom Guy and Duke Nukem? On one side we have one of the first and most experienced soldiers in first person shooter history and in the other corner, video game's premier cigar smoking manly man. Both of these heroes have an absurd amount of weaponry, and while we may know which Doom or Duke Nukem weapon is the best, how they use their arsenal against each other is a lot more important.
