There's some notable special dialoges whenever you place certain towers before or during the boss such as buying max level spawn makes the blue sword master says his confrontation dialogue during the final wave of easy mode If you have general placed before general spawns they'll say a dialogue about the general you placed and exponent will say a dialogue if there's machinery at the final wave of normal mode that's all i seen so far
