How to keep bodies from disapearing :
Locate the following file path:
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers2\options.xml
Open the text file then edit the line that contains keepDeadBodies="false" to keepDeadBodies="true". Save the file. That's it.

How do you keep the bodies from turning to chalk outlines? Is there an option for that or is it a mod?

Copy paste from a steam guide : Navigate to DK2's options.xml file and add keepDeadBodies="true" In Windows 10 open "Run.exe". You can do this from search box on your task bar. In Run.exe, enter "appdata" into the field and hit 'OK'. Locate the following file path: C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers2\options.xml Now that you have been able to open the file in your preferred text editor, such as Notepad or Sublime Text, edit the line that contains keepDeadBodies="false" to keepDeadBodies="true". Don't forget to save the file. Next time you start the game the changes will take effect.

Really well done! How long does it usually take to plan these one plan runs?

It depends on the size, difficulty and overall complexity of the map. This is a pretty linear map so I'd say it took me maybe 30 minutes. Some of the more hardcore maps can take up to 3-4 hours with all the retries and small adjustements but usually it doesn't take too long since I got a lot of playtime it's become muscle memory. thanks for watching!

@@jmgonzales7701 Not really but I guess it can be depending on how you approach the game. There's three ways to play : single plan, no pause and pause/play. Micro can get busy since you control every troop and have to draw all the paths but you can pause at any moment. On my more recent vids I show some of the paths to give you an idea.

You can really see how bad they flag the shit out of each other in 1st person. The only person who would have survived is the one in the very back. 🤣

Yeah they only get to low ready when they're really close to each other or when there's a dude setting a breaching charge. Doesn't really bother me, it's a game. I don't know how they could implement smart low ready without adding more micro to the game honestly. Thanks for watching.

@@GanjirahTheDoorKicker I love DK2, and play the isht out of it, but the flagging does slightly bug me, especially when trying to make really cool clips, its so close but then, ugly because of the flags. I wish the just had a function to check is the barrel pointed at a team mate and if true it went to low ready, and this is something they already do but only for taking a shot, you won't fire with a team member in your way. I find myself having to micro manage more to avoid the flagging. But there's other features I want more than that, like crouched firing so you can high-low a corner, 2 story buildings, and the campaign
