I used to work with uber from there I switched to Uber eat that was 5 years ago and it was very hard for me to make money with them I hate them because they don't look out for their drivers. Right now I've been doing door dash for 1 month now. Most of the things you covered in this video about door dash is true. But one thing I will say and that is for now I would stick with door dash because I make money with them. I'm just trying to learn more about their system and get better, my problem is I have a quick temper and I'm working on that. I'm a 68 year old grandma but I'll tell you I will listen to the young people because they're pros at this and they don't mind teaching me. Thank you for this video and I also want to thank the young men and ladies that are teaching to get better.

I am currently doing food delivery and I have got only Uber Eats and Grubhub all day, no time for Doordash even though is my favorite, but I won’t complaint. I’m about to hit my $200 a day goal barely at 4:45 pm 👍🙏🏼

I'm on all 3, but if I had to choose just 1, I would choose DoorDash because of the quantity of orders. If the quantity of orders wasn't an issue, I would choose UberEats by a mile.

I'm new to this and what I'll try is advice I've heard where you focus on Uber eats during the peak hours (dinner rush and lunch rush) but for the less busy hours you can use Doordash when Uber eats lacks the quantity

It’s so interesting to see how much the experience on these apps differs by city. When I lived in Miami, Uber eats was the undoubtably the best. Now that I’ve moved it’s unusable almost. I have a screenshot of an ihop order going 42.6 miles

Just signed up on Uber eats after almost a year on DD & 4-5 months GH!! I was looking for this very…. In my mind NOT THINKING I’D FIND A PLATFORM & INDIVIDUAL who would put ALLLL the footwork into a video!! So grateful!! I use Doordash and Uber Eats, and I prefer DD to Uber. I dislike the fact that Uber Eats pays tip payments one hour late. Some bad customers removed their tips; it's tip-baiting. If that happened, feel really bad. I hate that.

If you only include the top 6 categories than UE wins. The real life answer is UE and DD at same time since they seem to offset each other. Doordash is volume, while Uber is quality. Mileage, pickup, and support basically eliminate GH.

I did DD for a year and recently also signed up for Uber and GH. In my market GH is by far the fewest number of orders and they’re almost all just a dollar a mile or worse. I like Uber the best. The offers they send you aren’t always fantastic, but they don’t send you downright insulting offers like DD.

Doordash support does reply fast . I was on an order and the ice cream flavor the customer wanted wasn't available and customer number and text wasn't going through . I didn't want to bring them something they didn't order and get in trouble so I asked support and within 5 minutes they instantly canceled the order for me and I was paid half my guaranteed earning for the order ( cali prop 22) . I'm so glad I contacted them because I was contemplating canceling order . Door dash has great support one when I was on wait list they told me best day to check and I was working within a week .

It's literally unusable. I just got it and tried it. Issue after issue and eventually I got to where I could start a dash, but then it repeatedly just pauses me and I never get an order despite it being really busy in the area. 0/10 trash app.

I got deactivated and terminated from grub hub because of a couple of speeding tickets that took place in 2018. When in reality I started working for grub hub in the summer of 2021 and doing good than this year back in 2022 of March they terminated because of a past background of 2018 with 2 speeding tickets. It’s ridiculous, why they would have you work for them and than find a reason to terminate you by doing good business and satisfying the customers. I’m glad uber and door dash don’t look to get rid of people because of past mistakes. I even sent a appeal to restore my account, they say it was never sent which is bullshit.

I live in Central NJ. When I first started delivering I started with DD, then I added UE, then GH and honestly, when I tried Multiapping with all 3, GH orders just kept coming in to the point where I just turned off the other 2. I made more money doing GH alone then I did when I multi apped with UE and DD. What I also noticed is that the suburban areas had a higher volume of orders and tipped more than the other 2. This week alone I've made almost $500-$600 basically making $25-$30 an hour. Coming in 2nd would be UE. The only downside is the mileage of course but making this much I was able to start saving for another car.

Dashers, Uber eats Drivers and Grubhub drivers should pick up orders only when it says 1 Mile = $1+ Tips, Example Order value $5, 7Miles, this is a Bad order. If the Order value is $5+ Tips, distance is 3 miles or 4 miles this is a good order. When you are driving you should consider Depreciation of the Vehicle, wear & tear of vehicle, Gas used for driving and your time spent driving the vehicle. If you are not following these rules then you are wasting your time and Money. 👍✌goodvibes🙂🙏

One recommendation would be to: score all categories on a scale of: 10,9,8 That way its more accurate overall for the point system. Because some ppl may think that the pay should be most important and should be worth more than 1 pt. For the overall score. For example, if one delivery service gets a 10 in one category but a 1 in another....its confusing

I would have made the chart with the categories at the top of each column and 1 through 10 in the rows like you have it. Under each category I would have three separate columns one for each app. I would then score each app for each category according to the one through 10 scoring scale. You could calculate your most productive app by averaging the scores of each app using this chart.

Imagine uber before postmates they literally had no market share I used to do postmates starting around 2016 did thousands of deliveries then uber bought postmates and wouldn't let me drive because of my record which I now look at as a blessing because I'm now on team red they lost a great asset.

I think that your weighting of these categories needs to be adjusted. For instance, let's take the first category. Do you really think that you will make twice as much money, per order, with UE vs GH or even three times as much money with UE vs DD? I don't think so but you are weighting them that way. The same works all of the way through the categories. Even a 3-2-1 rating system would be more accurate although the ratios would be the same. Perhaps something along the lines of 1.0 for the best company, 0.9 for the second best and 0.8 for the third best of even 0.7 depending on how close the various platforms are to each other. Thank you for trying though, I think that it is a good place to start. It just needs refinement.

I started driving for UE a couple weeks ago as a side gig and not doing too bad while learning how to work my area. However, I'm still waiting on DD and GH to have room for me to join them as a driver. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for that to happen? It may depend on my location (San Diego) and how busy it is here before they allow more drivers to join. If that's the case, then it will probably be a few months at least.

In my market Uber only sometimes gives you 3 dollars when the restaurant is closed. There have been many times I call and they state that they have paid me a number of times recently from closed restaurants so therefore they will not pay me anything which is a joke.

I would choose UberEats cause it has the best payouts and best offers in my area. My acceptance rate hovers around 10% or below on Doordash and is currently about 40% on UE. It's difficult to break $50 unless it's a weekend on Doordash here. Also the bugginess of the doordash app is frustrating. I do agree Doordash support is better though, Ive had to contact them often and have only had a handful of bad experiences and I prefer text chat to being on the phone.

Very interesting analysis. I can’t speak for DoorDash since I’m on the waitlist but Overall it seems about right. I used to like Ubereats over grubhub but now I like GH better here in central Houston. The distances are pretty close with repeat customers. On Ubereats lately most everything seems far away and I’m not trying to do that in these days.

Before uber purchased postmates alot of canceled orders on there you'd recieve nothing also lol . At the time gig economy was new and not many rights so they treated workers like slaves . Thank God for cali n prop22
