Theory alert! The screams sound like distorted humans. Possibly because there was 2 humans. Guiding Light and Curious Light. Which means the entities could’ve accidentally swallowed their vocal cords. That could be the reason why Ambush kinda sounds like a human. Which explains why Guiding Light knows everything about this place. People didn’t make the courtyard statue, it was formed by the candle and possibly also by the moonlight float. Guiding Light also made the rift to transport easier. Although, it was unintentionally used to store items as shown but the players. Curious Light also had the rift. They just needed the player to escape so Curious Light could aswell. But that’s just my theory.

Also shadow can now damage the player when they enter the rooms he is in and to survive it you just need to wait until he goes away ( there is a modifier that makes shadow spawn more)
