Seeds don't have garenteed spawns of it but now if you get glitched 5 times (encounter glitch 5 times) then the next drawer you open is garenteed to have one

Basically, if you encounter 5 Glitches in a single run, you are guaranteed to find the glitch fragment. And since Glitch replaces Void in the subfloors, it's easier to get the fragment
